Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Mombasa – Diani Beach
Your holiday begins at the Nairobi SGR Terminus for the morning departure. Keep your eyes peeled as the train passes through Tsavo—you might spot elephants or giraffes from your seat! Upon arrival at the Mombasa Terminus, our driver will meet you for a private transfer across the Likoni Channel to Diani. Check into your resort, enjoy a late lunch, and spend the afternoon cooling off in the pool or the ocean.
Day 2: Diani Beach Relaxation & Water Sports
Spend a full day at leisure. You can join the resort’s animation team for beach volleyball, take a long walk along the shoreline, or try optional water sports like kite surfing or glass-bottom boat rides. In the evening, enjoy the resort’s themed dinner and live coastal entertainment.
Day 3: Optional Wasini Island & Dolphin Tour
On this day, you can choose to relax at the resort or head out for a Wasini Island Day Trip. This includes a dhow cruise to Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park, snorkeling among vibrant coral reefs, dolphin watching, and a traditional Swahili seafood lunch on the island. * (Optional excursion at extra cost).*
Day 4: Diani – Mombasa – Nairobi
After a final tropical breakfast and a quick dip in the ocean, check out of your room. Our driver will transfer you back to the Mombasa SGR Terminus for your return journey to Nairobi. You’ll arrive back in the city in the evening, refreshed and tanned.
