  • Emer­gency Sup­port: Pro­vid­ing your loca­tion and health details to emer­gency evac­u­a­tion ser­vices (like AMREF Fly­ing Doc­tors) if required.

  • Finan­cial Integri­ty: Pre­vent­ing fraud by ver­i­fy­ing pay­ment details.

4. Third-Party Disclosures & International Transfers

Charm­ing Safaris is a glob­al trav­el part­ner. This means your data may trav­el across bor­ders.

  • Domes­tic Part­ners: Kenya Wildlife Ser­vice (KWS) for park per­mits.

  • Inter­na­tion­al Part­ners: Over­seas tour oper­a­tors, air­lines, and embassies.

  • Mar­ket­ing Tools: We may use tools like Google Ana­lyt­ics or Meta Pix­els to under­stand our audi­ence. These providers have their own strict pri­va­cy poli­cies.

  • No Sale of Data: We nev­er sell your per­son­al infor­ma­tion to third-par­ty mar­ket­ing com­pa­nies.
